How We Operate
Executive Forum members are top leaders at market-moving companies of all sizes and across various industries. We serve as directors on boards, including those of public, private, and nonprofit organizations. We invite senior executives in transition to join the organization as they identify their next career move, and we support those individuals with robust networking, discernment processes for career shifts, and vast resources that can be vital to a successful search process.
In any given week, all EF members can select from a lineup of insightful online and in-person programs organized by EF Special Interest Groups, including Private Equity, Independent Consulting Careers, Media and Marketing, Technology, Industrial, and Investing. We also host regional gatherings, including professional enrichment dinners and virtual meet-ups.
As a volunteer organization, each EF member has a role to play: drive the business growth of tomorrow by making their knowledge and network available to members seeking new work, new connections, and new learning, as well as advice, tips, and business referrals.
